This hotel provided me with a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room was particularly impressive, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel facilities presented numerous transportation options across this city such as the gondola, which took me directly to the ski slopes. This came in handy as I was excited to experience some skiing on my trip. Not to mention, the proximity to many bars and restaurants around the lake, was also exciting to experience. Furthermore, the staff were extremely welcoming and provided an excellent level of service.

Within minutes of holy trinity church and other local attractions. The an equipped kitchenette was also a good solution for mornings.

The accommodation is in a convenient location, close to both the gondola and Bansko's bars & restaurants. there is a nearby lake where you can enjoy the catch of the day. the room is spacious and clean, with a cozy view of the surrounding mountains. the bathroom is also fairly spacious, with hot water available. the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some of the facilities could use some improvement.

Great mountain views from the cozy apartment and convenient location near the town center and supermarkets. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen for self-catering.

The food served in the on-site restaurant was not appetizing and lacking in variety. the poor service and inadequate amenities made for a disappointing stay.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town and close to some great restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with fantastic mountain views. We loved the spa and sauna facilities which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. the hotel offered a free airport shuttle which was very convenient for us.

The breakfast which lacked variety and fresh options. the coffee was also quite weak.
